What do you do at Pinnacle? I am the Director of Human Resources and handle employee benefits, onboarding, payroll, and compliance. I also assist with the location accounting.

What are you known for professionally? What do you have a knack for? I’m known for getting things done. I have a knack for keeping things moving and following up to ensure the success of the projects I work on.

Who have you worked with in the past? And what have you done for them? I’ve worked with NewBridge as an Accounting Manager, and have been in HR and accounting roles at places that have varied from a property management company to an antique and designer furniture retailer.

What are you most passionate about professionally? I care about people – I want to make sure that I do the best I can by our team, and that they have the resources they need. I recently undertook coursework and earned professional certification (SHRM-CP) in human resources management, so I'm very excited to put these skills and ideas to work for Pinnacle staff.

What are you passionate about personally? What do you really enjoy? I love to learn and create – arts and crafts are some of my favorite things. I also enjoy letter writing and mail art – I have several pen pals.

Where can we find you when you’re not working? If I’m not traveling, which I love to do, you can find me at home gardening or crafting.

What’s your favorite way to spend a weekend or a Sunday afternoon? Relaxing with a tiki drink after my husband has cooked us a nice dinner.

How long have you been doing what you do?  I’ve been working in the human resources and accounting field since 2005.

Where did you grow up and why aren’t you there now? I grew up in Atlanta, and, although I have left several times, I couldn’t stay away.

What would be impossible for you to give up? Coffee and my pets!
